Eligibility is broken down into 2 parts:
- Current property EPC rating
- Personal circumstances.
All properties with an EPC rating of D or below qualify.
A home can be owned or rented, rented properties will require the landlords permission.
An occupier qualifies by earning below £31,000/year OR a health condition OR by claiming a benefit.

Once eligibility checks are complete- we will then complete a full property survey.
Surveys typically take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours and are booked to suit your own schedule.
Surveys are carried out by qualified professionals who will gather all of the required evidence.
